please arrive 15 minutes ahead of your appointment time, this allows time for you to relax, drink some of our refreshing tea and prepare for a luxurious experience. to maintain the serenity of the spa, we ask that all mobiles be switched off during the service. please present all gift certificates at check in.

bookings
a 50% deposit is required for group bookings or packages.

cancellation
24 hours notice is required for cancellation of any masci treatment otherwise a 50% cancellation fee applies. 72 hours notice is required for any group or party booking or a 75% cancellation fee applies.

running late
arriving late may unfortunately lessen the time of your treatment or hair service. we at masci are dedicated in maintaining a punctual booking system to ensure our therapists and hair stylists are always ready for your appointment.

gift vouchers
refresh a partner or a special person and delight them with a tailor made gift voucher. vouchers valid 12 months from date of purchase. vouchers are not transferable or cash redeemable. masci hair and spa disclaims any responsibility for lost or stolen vouchers.

minimum age
our day spa offers a relaxing environment for you to enjoy your treatments. children under the age of 12 are not permitted in the day spa unless having a treatment.

what to wear
please wear something that is relaxing and comfortable. disposable underwear is provided for all body treatments.
